The Fiesta

angus beef NY strips, grilled lobster tails, truffle parm fries, mixed green salad, corn on the cob, dinner rolls. $48/pp, 25 person minimum (dry aged add’l $20/pp)

Tennessee Deconstructed Pig Roast

smoked slab bacon, pulled pork, baby back ribs, corn bread, mac & cheese $28 pp, 35 person minimum

Whole Pig

brined, dry rubbed and then slow smoked for 5 hr w/ a chef to carve for your guests
